Street Lofts, Colorado Spring, CO
proposal combines several distinct elements including the remodel
of an existing
structure to contain twenty residential
a drive-thru banking facility and approximately 3,400 square feet of
retail space, and, the addition of a new three story residential structure
with an underground parking garage and enclosed, landscaped courtyard.
This proposal both builds on the site’s potential, and illustrates
Way Architects’ commitment to a team approach in design. It is
a fundamental part of our design process that a dedicated team of individuals,
combining planning, technical and administrative expertise, be assigned
